About Me

I was born in a small village known as Khushalpur located in the Hoshiarpur district of Punjab, India. I graduated with a B.A. from Khalsa College, Mahilpur in 1974, and a Masters degree in Economics. I then obtained a B.Ed and thereafter migrated to the United Kingdom in 1979. I received a DMS (Diploma, Management Studies) from Leicester University, U.K.
